Martini Shot
aka Martini · Window shot
Crew slang for the final shot of the shooting day — so called because the next one is served in a glass.
The Martini Shot is the last setup of the day; the gag is that the next shot is in a glass. When the 1st AD calls the martini, the crew knows wrap is one setup away. It is a morale marker as much as a schedule one, and it lands in the daily production report alongside wrap time. StoryboardCanvas Diary logs the day's shots and wrap time, and the producer's Daily Production Report assembles automatically — martini to first light.

Every martini shot we generate stays linked to the rest of the project — change a scene heading and the martini shot updates automatically. No re-import. No copy-paste. One project file from script to wrap.
